• As a teacher working with under 18s and adults I will be required to store personal information such as DOB, Home address, email address and phone numbers for both students and parents.

• I require the DOB of Under 18s for Music Exam Entry.

• I require your name as you would like it to appear on your certificate this may involve taking middle names.

• If you contact me through the website the only contact details I receive will be the ones you give, and they will not be stored unless you go ahead with a service, such as booking a gig or a lesson.

• Once you are a student I keep in regular contact with you about lesson dates and times.

• Once you have booked a gig/event with me I will be in touch when required about arrangements.
